ISOLATED LARYNGEAL CANDIDIASIS: A CASE REPORT

چکیده
Akciğer tutulumu olmaksızın larenksin izole mukozal kandidiazisi oldukça nadir olmakla birlikte, altta yatan hastalığı olan immun düşkün kişilerde görülebilmektedir. Yirmibeş yaşında erkek hasta ses kısıklığı, boğaz ağrısı, yutma güçlüğü şikayeti ile başvurdu, videolarengoskopik incelemesinde larengeal kandidiazis bulguları izlendi. Yapılan tetkikler sonucunda hastada miliyer tüberküloz nedeniyle gelişen supresyon ve bir fırsatçı enfeksiyon olarak geliştiği saptandı. Hastaya antitüberküloz tedavi başlandı, 2x400 mg/gün flukonazol tedavisi kandida plakları tamamen geriledi.
